Furthering her academic pursuits, she enrolled in an evening MBA program at the prestigious University of Dhaka. Her solid educational background greatly contributed to her articulate nature and initial success as a professional television news presenter.

Shobnom Bubly's professional career began far away from the glamour of the silver screen. Armed with a solid educational background, she successfully auditioned for the Banglavision television channel and began her career as a news presenter in 2013. Her articulate delivery, sophisticated appearance, and commanding presence made her a popular and recognizable face on national television over the next few years.

Her unexpected but highly anticipated transition into acting occurred in 2016 when she made her cinematic debut in the action-drama Bossgiri, directed by Shamim Ahamed Roni. Cast opposite superstar Shakib Khan, her performance as a bold and confident heroine was met with widespread appreciation. The film was a major commercial success, instantly transforming her from a respected journalist into a bona fide movie star.

Capitalizing on her explosive debut, she quickly signed several major projects, forming a highly successful on-screen partnership with Shakib Khan. Films like Shooter (2016), Rangbaz (2017), and Super Hero (2018) consistently performed exceptionally well at the box office. In 2019, she starred in the blockbuster action-thriller Password, playing the role of Dr. Shabnom. During this period, she also received several prestigious accolades, including the Channel i Digital Media Award, recognizing her massive popularity and contribution to the industry.

Recently, Bubly has focused on diversifying her acting portfolio by venturing into digital content and female-centric films. She garnered significant critical acclaim for her performance in the Chorki web film Floor Number 7 and the thriller Taan. Shobnom Bubly was born and raised in Dhaka, the third of four children. Her father is a retired Armed Police (APBN) Officer, and her mother is a dedicated homemaker. She comes from a family with a strong affinity for media and arts; her elder sister Nazmin Mimi is a playback singer, and another sister, Sharmin Sweety, was also a news presenter.

Her personal life became the subject of immense media attention due to her relationship and subsequent marriage to superstar Shakib Khan in 2018. They share a beloved son named Shehzad Khan Bir, who was born in the United States. Although she and Shakib are currently separated, they co-parent their child amicably.

Outside of acting, Bubly is known for her impeccable fashion sense and frequently collaborates with high-end Bangladeshi fashion brands. She enjoys traveling, reading, and maintaining a healthy, fitness-oriented lifestyle, often sharing her workout routines with fans on social media.
