Samragyee RL Shah completed her primary education up to the third grade at St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School in Birgunj. She then attended the Sai Baba School in New Delhi, India, for her middle school education. She finally completed her high school studies at the Royal Academy of India in Kathmandu.

Samragyee RL Shah began her entertainment career as a fashion model, entering the Face of Classic Diamond Jewellers competition in 2014. Securing the second runner-up position, she rapidly gained recognition within the Kathmandu fashion circuit. This early success led to prominent features on the covers of major publications like M&S VMAG.
