He completed his early graduation from Chittagong College in 1989 before relocating to the capital city of Dhaka.

Adil Hossain Noble earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University, specializing in corporate strategy.

He further enhanced his business acumen by completing higher training in Key Accounts Management at the Singapore Institute of Management and the Indian Institute of Management.

Adil Hossain Noble began his professional modeling career through local fashion shows in 1991. After moving to Dhaka following his college graduation, he was formally introduced to the industry by veteran actor Afzal Hossain. His first major project was a television commercial for Sprite, though technical issues prevented it from airing. However, this minor setback did not deter him, and he soon became the most sought-after face in advertising.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Noble starred in numerous iconic television commercials for massive brands like Keya Beauty Soap, RC Cola, and Pakiza Saree. His enduring on-screen partnership with fellow model Mou became a cultural phenomenon in Bangladesh. He officially transitioned into television acting in 1995 with 'Prachir Periye', which holds the distinction of being the country's first package TV drama. He later gained widespread acclaim for playing the legendary secret agent Masud Rana on television.

Parallel to his booming media career, Noble pursued a rigorous corporate path, starting in the Shipping Division of the MGH Group in December 1993. In July 1996, he joined the manufacturing giant Coats Bangladesh Ltd, where he eventually rose to the position of General Manager of Marketing Services. This role allowed him to blend his public relations skills with corporate strategy. His corporate trajectory continued upward when he joined Warid Telecom Limited in 2010 as Head of Corporate and SME Sales.

Noble's expertise in the telecommunications sector led him to Robi Axiata in October 2014, where he served as the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business. He was later promoted to Chief Enterprise Business Officer in June 2019, overseeing major corporate accounts and strategic growth. His ability to maintain a high-profile media presence while executing demanding corporate duties earned him immense respect.

In 2023, Adil Hossain Noble achieved a major milestone when he was appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Axentec PLC. In this current role, he continues to drive innovation and business development in the technology sector. Furthermore, he remains connected to his roots by serving as a frequent judge on modeling reality shows like the Veet Channel i Top Model hunt.

Adil Hossain Noble was born and raised in Chakaria, a beautiful upazila in the Chittagong district of Bangladesh.
