Trisha Krishnan completed her primary and secondary education in Chennai, attending the Sacred Heart Matriculation School in Church Park.

She subsequently enrolled at the Ethiraj College for Women in Chennai, where she successfully earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree before transitioning full-time into modeling and acting.

Trisha Krishnan's foray into the spotlight began in the world of modeling, which culminated in her winning the prestigious Miss Chennai pageant in 1999. This early visibility led to a minor, uncredited appearance in the 1999 film Jodi. Trisha Krishnan was born into a Tamil Palakkad Iyer family in Chennai, to her parents Krishnan and Uma. She currently resides in a sprawling, multi-crore luxury residence in Chennai, while also holding significant real estate investments across Hyderabad and other major cities.
