Maximilian William Kilman

Max Kilman pursued a full-time Joint Honours program at the University of Hertfordshire beginning in 2016, where he represented the university's futsal team.

He later transferred his studies to an online format after signing professionally, graduating with a BSc (Hons) Business and Sport Management degree in June 2025.

Max Kilman's footballing journey began in the youth academy at Fulham, though he was released as a teenager before deciding to pursue alternative paths in the sport. He joined the CM Futsal Academy and starred for Genesis Futsal Club, earning 25 caps for the England national futsal team. Simultaneously, he continued playing 11-a-side football in the lower tiers of English football with non-league sides Welling United and Maidenhead United.

In August 2018, his unique combination of futsal-honed technique and imposing physical frame prompted Wolverhampton Wanderers to secure his signature. He spent his initial months of adaptation within the under-23 setup, helping them win the Premier League 2 Division 2 title. He made his senior competitive debut for Wolves in May 2019, making history as the first England futsal international to play in the Premier League.

His remarkable durability and tactical progression culminated in him being officially appointed as the first-team captain of Wolves in 2023.
