Timothy Weah's professional career officially began with French giant Paris Saint-Germain, where he signed his first professional contract in 2017. He made his senior debut for PSG in 2018, scoring his first goal for the club shortly after. Recognizing the need for consistent playing time to maximize his massive potential, he spent the second half of the 2018-2019 season on loan with Celtic FC, helping them secure the Scottish Premiership title.

In the summer of 2019, Weah secured a permanent transfer to Lille OSC in the French Ligue 1. Over four seasons, he developed into a highly versatile wide player. His crowning domestic achievement occurred during the 2020-2021 season, when he played a crucial role in Lille's historic and stunning Ligue 1 title victory, famously dethroning his former club, Paris Saint-Germain.

Seeking a new tactical challenge, Weah transferred to Italian heavyweight Juventus in July 2023 for a reported $13 million fee. In Turin, he was largely deployed as a right wing-back, a role that demanded immense defensive responsibility alongside his natural attacking instincts. He quickly adapted to Serie A, providing crucial assists and helping Juventus secure the Coppa Italia in his debut season.

Tim Weah was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Valley Stream, New York, before spending time in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He is the son of George Weah, the legendary AC Milan striker who won the 1995 Ballon d'Or and later served as the President of Liberia. His mother, Clar Weah, is of Jamaican descent and was heavily involved in his early soccer coaching, serving as his first primary athletic mentor.

Despite his father's legendary status representing Liberia, Tim chose to represent the United States, the country of his birth and upbringing. He holds deep pride in his bicultural heritage but has stated that pulling on the USMNT jersey was always his ultimate childhood dream. He maintains a close, supportive relationship with his family while intentionally working to build his own independent legacy.

Outside of soccer, Weah is highly passionate about music and fashion. Under his own independent label, he actively produces and writes R&B and hip-hop music, frequently collaborating with artists in his free time. He is known for his incredibly positive, outgoing personality in the locker room, making him one of the most beloved figures among his USMNT and Juventus teammates.
