Tania Brishty completed her primary and secondary education in her hometown before earning her Higher Secondary Certificate from Habibullah Bahar College.

She later pursued and successfully completed her higher education with a degree in marketing from Siddheshwari Girls College. She was known for efficiently balancing her demanding academic responsibilities with her rapidly growing acting career.

Tania Brishty's entry into the spotlight began in 2012 when she secured the position of second runner-up in the prestigious Veet-Channel i Top Model competition. This significant achievement immediately opened doors in the modeling world, leading to a prominent television commercial for Grameenphone in 2013. Her breakthrough commercial for Asian Duplex Town alongside superstar Shakib Khan further catapulted her into the mainstream public consciousness.

She was previously married to Sabbir Chowdhury, an expatriate television producer based in Sydney, whom she met through her professional work.
