Niall Mason's youth development is uniquely global. As a child, he trained at the Real Madrid academy in Spain alongside prominent youth prospects. He later moved to Qatar, playing for the Al Sadd academy, before returning to England to join the youth setups of Blackburn Rovers, Southampton, and eventually Aston Villa.
