Natasha Hayat completed her higher education with a focus on finance and business. She earned her Master of Arts degree in 2005 from North South University, providing her with the strategic foundation necessary to navigate the corporate world and launch her own enterprise.

Natasha initially gained public attention through her appearances in select television dramas alongside her prominent family members. Her early exposure to the media industry allowed her to build a recognizable public profile. However, she decided to step away from full-time acting to pursue a stable corporate career.

She spent nearly ten years working in the corporate sector, accumulating vital professional experience. In 2008, Natasha took her first major entrepreneurial step by investing in a boutique house alongside her sister, Bipasha. By 2013, she fully transitioned into the world of fashion by co-founding Irises Designer Studio with her business partner, Rokhsana Aftab. She started the initiative modestly, borrowing initial capital and employing a small team of local artisans. Her goal was to revive traditional block and screen printing techniques on fabrics like muslin and silk.

Today, Irises Designer Studio has grown into a highly popular brand with multiple outlets in Dhaka. As the executive partner and lead designer, Natasha oversees a large staff and continues to prioritize quality and comfort. Her journey from the corporate desk to the forefront of the fashion industry is widely regarded as a major entrepreneurial success.

Natasha Hayat was born into a highly artistic environment, heavily influenced by her father, the legendary actor Abul Hayat. She grew up alongside her sister, Bipasha Hayat, sharing a close bond that eventually extended into their professional collaborations. Her family remains a central pillar of her life, providing continuous support for her various endeavors.

She is married to Shahed Sharif Khan, a popular television and film actor in Bangladesh. Their relationship is often celebrated in the media, and they frequently share their journey with audiences through interviews and public appearances. Together, they maintain a balanced life, keeping their personal affairs relatively private despite their public profiles.

Outside of her demanding business schedule, Natasha is deeply passionate about preserving Bangladeshi cultural heritage through textiles. She enjoys mentoring young artisans and actively engages in philanthropic efforts related to the local handloom sector.
