Ayman Sadiq

Ayman Sadiq completed his secondary education at Chittagong Cantonment Public College.

He then successfully passed his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination from Adamjee Cantonment Public College in Dhaka.

Following his college education, he enrolled at the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

Ayman Sadiq began his professional journey while still a university student, initially working as a mathematics instructor. His early experiences in tutoring opened his eyes to the profound inequalities within the traditional education system. Realizing that many students lacked access to quality coaching due to financial or geographical constraints, he decided to leverage technology to bridge this gap. In 2015, he launched 10 Minute School, starting with simple YouTube videos covering fundamental academic topics.

The initial format of 10 Minute School was highly effective, offering short, concise, and engaging lessons that catered to students' attention spans. Ayman personally recorded many of these early videos, focusing on subjects like mathematics, English, and science. His clear instructional style quickly garnered a massive online following. As the channel grew, the platform expanded its curriculum to align tightly with national examination frameworks, providing invaluable support for board exams and university admission tests.

By 2018, 10 Minute School had evolved from a simple YouTube channel into a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem. Ayman's vision attracted significant investments and partnerships, allowing the organization to offer live classes, interactive quizzes, and skill development courses. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the platform to reach over 250,000 students daily. During this period, he also expanded into authoring books and delivering motivational speeches, further solidifying his influence as an educational leader.

Throughout the global shift to remote learning, Ayman's platform became parallel infrastructure for the nation's education system. The organization introduced premium structured programs alongside its vast library of free content. His efforts were recognized globally, earning him the Queen's Young Leader Award and the BRAC Manthan Digital Innovation Award. His continuous drive to innovate has made 10 Minute School synonymous with accessible education in Bangladesh.

Currently, Ayman Sadiq remains at the helm of 10 Minute School as its CEO, navigating the complex intersection of education and technology. He continuously explores the integration of artificial intelligence and personalized learning pathways. His transition from a young content creator to an established ed-tech entrepreneur is a testament to his disciplined innovation and unwavering commitment to public service.

Ayman Sadiq was born into a supportive Muslim family in Comilla. His father, Brigadier General Taiyebur Rahman, served as the chief financial officer of the Bangladesh University of Professionals, and his mother, Sharmin Akter, is a homemaker. He shares a close bond with his family, who have consistently supported his entrepreneurial vision.

In September 2023, Ayman Sadiq married his long-time colleague and popular English instructor, Munzereen Shahid. The wedding was a highly celebrated event in Bangladesh, bringing together two of the country's most prominent educational influencers. The couple frequently collaborates on content and shares a mutual passion for teaching and youth development.

Outside of his rigorous work schedule, Ayman enjoys reading, public speaking, and engaging with his vast community of followers on social media. He is deeply involved in philanthropic efforts, primarily focusing on educational accessibility and youth empowerment across rural Bangladesh. His work continues to inspire a new generation of socially conscious entrepreneurs.
