She further pursued her higher studies abroad, completing her Master's degree at the Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation in Malaysia.

Faria Shahrin’s career in the media industry began with a bang when she secured the first runner-up position in the prestigious Lux Channel I Superstar competition in 2007. This monumental achievement immediately opened doors for her in the highly competitive world of modeling and acting. She quickly became a sought-after face for various fashion campaigns and high-profile brand endorsements across Bangladesh.

One of her earliest breakthroughs in television came through her appearance in the popular television commercial "Kotha dilam," which propelled her into the national limelight. This early success proved her commercial viability and marked the beginning of a highly lucrative modeling career. After a four-year courtship, she got engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Mahfuz Ryan, in February 2021.
