Rinku Singh attended a local public school in Aligarh during his challenging early years. Due to extreme financial constraints and his absolute dedication to professional cricket, he chose to drop out of formal education to fully support his family and aggressively pursue his sporting ambitions.

Rinku Singh began his professional domestic career representing Uttar Pradesh, making his List A debut at the age of 16 in March 2014. He quickly established himself as a highly capable middle-order batter, scoring a brilliant 83 in his very first game. He subsequently made his first-class debut during the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy season, consistently delivering highly crucial runs for his state team.
