Remo Marco Freuler

Remo Freuler developed his foundational football skills in the youth setups of local clubs like FC Hinwil before joining the FC Winterthur academy.

He spent several formative years at Winterthur, refining his technical abilities and tactical understanding before making the leap to professional football in 2010.

Remo Freuler began his professional career in Switzerland, making his senior debut for FC Winterthur before moving to Grasshopper Club Zürich. His consistent performances in the Swiss leagues, particularly a successful stint at FC Luzern, quickly attracted attention from clubs across Europe's top five leagues. His ability to control the midfield tempo made him one of the most promising Swiss midfielders of his generation.

In January 2016, Freuler secured a move to Italian Serie A side Atalanta BC, marking a significant turning point in his career.
