Hardik Pandya attended MK High School in Vadodara, Gujarat, during his early childhood. However, driven by a singular passion for sports, he made the difficult decision to drop out of formal education in the ninth grade to completely focus on his professional cricket training at Kiran More's academy.

Hardik Pandya's professional career began in 2013 when he started playing domestic cricket for Baroda, quickly making a name for himself in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. His ability to hit the ball out of the park and bowl crucial overs caught the eye of John Wright, leading to an IPL contract with the Mumbai Indians in 2015.
